One Point Contact, Inc. provides first line and second line ATM maintenance,
conversions, refurbishing, field upgrades, installations, relocations, ATM commissioning
and software support. We also offer Outsourcing and Managed Services of ATM
networks. Our product offerings include refurbished ATMs, ATM supplies such as
thermal rolls, currency cassettes, pedestals, etc....
One Point Contact, Inc. is an innovative organization that focuses on customer
satisfaction. In our continued pursuit for ways to improve our service, efficiency and
customer security, we have come up with products such as VShield® and CellWatch®.
Repair, Refurbishing, Typing of Currency Cassettes
We have service teams nationwide to address the service requirements of our
customers. In Luzon, our service teams are composed of Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong,
Quezon City, Las Pinas, Caloocan, Central Luzon, Northern Luzon (Tarlac), and Southern
Luzon (Batangas, Laguna Cavite). In the Visayas and Mindanao regions, our field
engineers are stationed in Cebu City, Iloilo City, Cagayan De Oro and Davao City. All
engineers are equipped with mobile phones. Also, we have a motorized parts delivery
system in place.
One Point Contact has developed a Web-based Customer+ Call Center called OPCI
CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OCMS) wherein service calls can be requested via
Internet. Status of service calls and service call history of each ATM are available real
time through our OCMS. Further details of our OCMS are included in this document.
